Theory Of Indi-Joe

So finally the first exams of the new session are over. Somehow my last exam reminded me of the news we were hearing about the big bang experiment all day :P It indeed, was something out of Pandora's Box or should i say Dr. Rawat's box. Kudos Computer Networks!

But somehow my mind, on this auspicious day, after the noble holocaust of computer networks, rewinds back to the 23rd of March, 8 days after the ides of March(The day when Julius Caesar was assassinated by fellow Romans). It was yet another 4 credit course, yet another unpredictable pandora's box! The only difference was that we, instead of studying hard for our exam on the 24th, decided to party!

The exam as many of you would have guessed was Theory of Computation and the venue for the party was Indi-Joe City Center!
It all started in a rather haphazard way. It was supposed to be a party by 2 of our senior vayuites - Avinash Shukla and Saladi Rahul(cheers guys.. you Rock!!)! We had been planning to go for a treat ever since the ides of March. But somehow it all came down to the 23rd, a day before the end sems, when we finally decided to venture out, not thinking of the Context Free Grammers and the Turing Machines.

But the plans sure had an element of incompleteness! It was still undecidable whether we would be able to fair well in the ToC paper next day or not. But all we could see was a beautiful wet weather and an exciting treat.

So we decided to meet up at OBH. Me, Anurag, Ankush, Kinshul, Himanshu(CR), Saladi, Shukla, Addhyan and Parikshit! All were there on time except for our sports cap Ankush! The most sincere guy you will ever see in your life somehow gets deadlocked when it comes to deciding on what to wear and what not to wear! And he miraculously ran up 3 times to his room from our rendezvous in OBH, to change his dress. Finally after a hattrick of trials he settled down to a dress. And then we started off.

And so did the rains!! But we moved on like Sinbad the sailor on our mission to Indi-Joe! We reached our destination at about 2:30 pm. The pleasing part of our journey was the time we spent in the auto pulling every other individual's leg. Any guesses as to who was the epicenter of our blitzkrieg???? :P :P :P

There was more to come.

We got into the restaurant. And settled down on our seats after overflowing our plates with whatever we could get. We had everything, right from chocolate fountains to tongue licking pastries to mouth watering sweets to intricately prepared delicacies and to top it all ---> exciting talks :) We decided to talk about our love affairs and embarrassing moments. After all it was to be a treat of our endearing seniors and we wanted to make it as memorable as we could make! So it started with Shukla. He was a bit shy initially. So he didn't start off with his love safari but started telling us about his embarrassing moments in the college. And sure there were many right from his cell ringing while he was performing on stage to his dance at Cult Night last year :P It truly was amazing. And we all know how extrovert and outspoken shukla is. He told us some incidences of his so called outspoken-"ness" as well... but these are somethings i wont like to mention in my blog over here :P

We then came to my personal favourite senior.. Saladi. He was very shy i must say. And he seemed to have a nice connection with Tayal :P :P :P But anyways he was too shy to start off himself. So ankush volunteered to start off with his part of the story.You know he has a very peculiar smile and You know what when he wears on that particular smile you shouldn't let him talk :P :P But he started off with his theories of christianity and baptism and....(somethings are not to be mentioned over here :P)

It was tayal's turn next. And i must say it was the most exciting story i ever heard my entire life. I won't reveal anything over here but those who know anurag will be knowing everything about why am i calling this story exciting and spicy. Waise had it not been for his mom it would have lost half its spice :P :P

Saladi had geared himself up for his side of the story. And believe me it was a beautiful story one cannot miss. It had things you could learn from. Things that must be said and done when you are dating someone and things that must not be done when you are dating some one :P It truly was fascinating to hear the story of a simple down to earth and shy guy. And I must say that that Anurag was listening with great interest :P And i must also add that CR was at his very best, pulling saladi's leg everytime with chants of "ahem ahem" when something excting used to come up.

Anyways while this discussion was going on over a cup of Koffee and a plate of Indi-Joe it had started raining torrentially. But this sure was even more exciting. More so because everyone had forgotten about the ToC exam and everyone wanted to take a dip in the torrential rains :P

And yeah we did it. We did it without caring for the fact that we had a tough week of exams ahead of us in the toughest semester of them all... the 4th sem. We did it without caring for the fact that we could fall miserably ill. We did it without caring for the fact The Pandora's Box could prop up some unusually surprising elements the day after. Yeah we did it. And it indeed was the one of the most exciting days in my life.

No the story dosen't end over here. There were still more spicy elements and more lip licking talks. But this is what i have got to offer and this is what i can offer at the max. But it sure was one helluva day. It had everything right from spicy love stories to funky pics(ohh did i forget to tell u about the naughty pics we took in the City Center :P Koi na i ll do so in one of my next posts) to torrential rains to the tensions of ToC exam to the experiences of everyone. It sure was a day we were "Mortified, Petrified, Confused, Smitten, Bewildered..." ... to say it one word...
"Indi-JoeD" :)
